March 2026 Workcation Experience in El Nido

Workation in EL Nido

1 Month El Nido, Philippines Workcation Experience

A full month to live, work, and connect in one of the most beautiful places in the world.
A workation designed to help you stay productive while fully embracing island life, community, and unforgettable experiences.

March 2nd – April 1st

Why El Nido?

El Nido is not just a destination, it’s a feeling.

Nestled in the South West of the Philippines, El Nido is famous for its turquoise waters, limestone cliffs, warm evenings, and a slower rhythm that allows you to focus without feeling disconnected from life.

This workcation invites you to spend an entire month in this unique environment, long enough to truly settle in, build routines, and feel part of the place, not just pass through it like many tourists do.

Our philosophy

Neighbors & Nomads is a premium coworking space that was created for people who work remotely but don’t want to do it alone.

The philosophy is simple: offer real work infrastructure, a strong sense of community, and enough freedom for everyone to shape their own experience.

We have solid triband Wi-Fi, backed up mains power and battery powered access points so you will NEVER be off line. Don’t take our word for it, check our Google reviews.

No forced networking, no rigid schedule, just the right framework to connect naturally.

A Month Designed Around Balance

This workation is carefully built around balance.

We are open 24/7 and therefore cover all working time zones. Our program of events will be spread between morning, evening and weekend activities.

You don’t have to choose between productivity and lifestyle.
Here, both are part of the same experience.

What the Package Includes

Full Neighbors & Nomads Membership

For the entire month, you receive a full Neighbors & Nomads Workation Membership.

You have 24/7 access to Neighbors & Nomads Town Square, the heart of the community, as well as dual access to our sister location in Lio, located directly on the beach.

Whether you prefer a focused indoor setup or a more open, coastal atmosphere, you can choose where and how you work every day.

Take a virtual tour around our space and rooftop bar.

Coworking Spaces, Made for Real Productivity

The coworking environment is built for people who need to truly get work done.

You’ll find comfortable work areas, call friendly zones (and a private call booth), meeting rooms, and event spaces, all supported by a café and rooftop bar on site.

The rooftop offers a perfect place for work breaks, casual conversations, and sunset moments.

Daily Rituals That Create Community

Beyond the weekly schedule, daily rituals help the community naturally come together.

The Spritz Society

The Spritz Society is a daily ritual built around original spritz, featuring exclusive barista-crafted recipes designed to bring people together. Oh, and its BOGOF daily 3-5pm

Coffee break

The coffee break is a short daily pause built around FREE freshly brewed coffee, designed to reset, connect, and ease back into the workday. Take a break Mon-Fri 10-10.30am

DJ sets with the sunset

The sunset DJ sets are a daily rooftop ritual, pairing laid-back beats with golden-hour views to ease the transition from work to evening. Background tunes daily 5.30 – 7.30pm

Learning and Sharing

Throughout the month, a rolling program of talks, masterclasses, and skillshares takes place.

These sessions include professional talks, practical workshops, and founder led conversations, with topics evolving based on the group’s interests.

We have local experts, ex-pats and long staying digital nomads all ready to share. Of course we also invite our customers to hold talks and workshops too.

Participants are also encouraged to share their own skills, creating an environment of mutual learning and collaboration.

A Month of Experiences

The workation includes a wide range of group activities designed to complement work, not compete with it.

Some experiences are planned in advance, while others remain flexible, adapting to weather conditions, group energy, and spontaneous opportunities.

How to get in El Nido?

Most international travellers arrive via Manila (MNL), Clark (CRK), or Cebu (CEB).

From there, you can fly direct to El Nido (ENI) with Cebu Pacific. Alternatively, fly to Puerto Princesa (PPS) and travel 4–5 hours by road, with the option to visit the Underground River, Port Barton, or San Vicente along the way. Flights to San Vicente (SWL) are another quieter route north to El Nido. We’ll share clear arrival guidance closer to the start.

Once you arrive in El Nido, transport into town is easy and inexpensive. We’ll share clear arrival guidance and local transport tips closer to the start of the Workcation.

Whichever route you choose, getting here is part of the experience.
